Custom Furniture Policy

Deposits & Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
   
• The remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup.
   

Specifications & Tolerances

• We do our best to match requested sizes and designs.
   
• All pieces are built within a 1-inch tolerance in either direction.
   
• Natural wood movement (small cracks or shifts) may occur and are not considered defects.
   

Production & Delivery

• Production typically begins within 2 weeks of deposit.
   
• Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks, though we aim to finish sooner when possible.
   
• Delivery and installation can be arranged for an additional cost.
   

Inspection & Acceptance

• Clients must inspect their furniture upon delivery or pickup.
   
• Any concerns should be raised immediately.
   

Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
   

Ownership

• Furniture remains the property of Legacy Furniture until paid in full.
